Delete your account and your data
You can delete your Beellon account at any time, on the web or in the app. Your account is closed right away and your data is deleted within 30 days.

Deleting your account closes your access to Beellon immediately, on all your devices. Over the next 30 days we delete your images, videos, songs, projects, your profile and your personal data. We only keep the payment records the law requires us to keep. Any credits and plan time you have left are lost, so if you have a card subscription, cancel it first so it does not renew.
How to use it, step by step
On the web, tap the circle with your initial at the top right. In the app, tap «Account» in the bottom bar.
At the bottom you will see the «Your account» card with a three-dot button.
We keep it inside the three-dot menu so nobody taps it by accident.
Your account is closed at that moment and you go back to the sign-in screen.
Tips for better results
- Before deleting, download anything you want to keep from your Gallery: it cannot be recovered later.
- If you have a card subscription, cancel it first in Plan & credits → «Your subscription».
- Can't sign in? Email go@windoce.com from your account's email with the subject «Delete my account» and we will do it for you.
- Changed your mind? Email go@windoce.com before the 30 days are up.
Use cases
You won't use Beellon anymore
Delete your account and your data is removed automatically within 30 days.
You lost access
Email us from the account's address and we will delete it for you.
