Who we are

Beellon (beellon.com) is an AI creation platform operated by Windoce LLC, a United States company ("Beellon", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use beellon.com and its apps.

Information we collect

Account information: your email address, name, profile photo and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares with us. If you create a password, it is stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider.

Content: the files you upload (photos, videos, audio, logos) and the prompts, texts and results you create with our tools, plus the brands you save in Settings.

Payments: your plan, payment history and invoices. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Beellon never sees or stores your full card number. USDT payments record the transaction details needed to confirm them.

Usage: credits used per tool, chat messages counted for your plan limit, and technical data such as device, browser and approximate location derived from your IP address, used for security and to keep the service working.

Local storage: your browser keeps drafts of forms you are typing (so you do not lose them) and preferences such as language. Passwords and card data are never saved in drafts.

How we use it

To create your account and keep you signed in; to run the tools you ask for and deliver the results; to charge your plan, apply credits and send invoices; to answer support requests; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to improve Beellon. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting, file storage and privacy-friendly analytics), Stripe (card payments), Resend (transactional email) and the AI model providers that generate images, video, voice, music and chat answers for the tool you choose (for example Google, ByteDance through fal.ai, OpenAI, Groq and Mureka). They receive only what is needed to perform the task.

What other people can see

Your creations are private by default. If you publish something to CashLike or to Explore, other users can see it together with your public name and photo. If you join a Team or Scale plan, the team owner can see how many credits each member used.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account data while your account exists. Items you delete go to the trash and are removed after 30 days. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by writing to the address below from the email of your account; we may keep payment records that the law requires us to keep.

Your choices and rights

You can update your name and photo in Account → Profile, change your password in Account → Security, and cancel your subscription at any time. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and to object to certain uses. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, signed payment notifications and automated checks. No system is perfect, so please use a strong password and sign out on shared computers (Account → Security lets you sign out of all devices).

Children

Beellon is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
