Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Windoce LLC, which operates Beellon. By creating an account or using beellon.com you accept them. If you use Beellon for a company, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

Your account

You must give a real email address, keep your password safe and be at least 13 years old (under 18 only with permission from a parent or guardian). You are responsible for what happens in your account. One person per account; team plans let you invite others with their own accounts.

Plans and credits

Creating an account is free but does not include credits. Paid plans add credits every 30-day cycle and a separate chat allowance. Each tool shows its price in credits before you create. Plan credits do not roll over to the next cycle. Purchased credit top-ups do not expire while you have an active plan. If a creation cannot be completed, its credits are returned automatically.

Payments, renewal and cancellation

Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account → Payments & invoices (or Plan & credits): you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid and you will not be charged again. Plans paid with an ePIN last 30 days and do not renew by themselves. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and may change for future periods with notice.

Payments are not refundable for periods already started or credits already used, except where the law requires otherwise or as stated above for failed creations. If you believe you were charged by mistake, write to us within 30 days.

Acceptable use

Do not use Beellon to create or share content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, content that harasses or threatens people, or content that infringes someone else's rights. Do not use the face or voice of a real person without their permission, do not impersonate others to deceive, and do not use Beellon for spam, fraud or misleading political content. Do not try to break, overload, resell or copy the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload and, to the extent the law allows, to what you create. You give us the permission needed to store, process and show your content to provide the service (and to show it publicly only when you choose to publish it). You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload. AI results can be imperfect or similar to other people's results; review them before using them commercially.

Partner program

The Partner program is by invitation of the Beellon team. Partners earn the commissions published in Docs for each active customer they bring. Beellon may end a Partner appointment, and commissions are paid in the way agreed with each Partner.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Beellon available, but the service is provided "as is" and may change: tools and models can be added, improved or retired. We will tell you about important changes to these terms; continuing to use Beellon means you accept them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Windoce LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Beellon in the 12 months before the claim.
