Send a screenshot to support

A picture of what you see on screen helps us fix things much faster. Here is how to take one and attach it to your case.

What it is and what it is for

A screenshot is a picture of your screen. When something does not look right or an error appears, a screenshot shows our team exactly what you see, without long explanations. You can attach up to 3 images to each message of a support case (JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 10 MB each). Only you and the Beellon support team can open them.

How to use it, step by step

Take the screenshot

iPhone: press the side button and volume up at the same time. Android: press power and volume down. Windows: press Windows + Shift + S and select the area. Mac: press Shift + Command + 4 and select the area.

Open your case

Go to Your account → Help → “My cases”. Open the case, or tap “Contact support” to start a new one.

Attach it

Tap “Attach screenshot” and choose the image from your gallery or your files. A thumbnail appears; tap the X on it if you picked the wrong one.

Send

Add a short note if you want and tap “Send”. The images stay in the conversation, next to your message.

Tips for better results

Show the whole screen, including the error message if there is one.
If an image does not upload, your text stays on screen: try again or choose a smaller image.
Your message and attached images are saved while you type, so nothing is lost if you close the window.
Do not include passwords, card numbers or codes in your screenshots.
