Teams one credit pool for everyone
With Team and Scale you invite your people by email and everyone creates from the same pool. You pay, you invite, you see who used what.

A team is a shared plan: the owner buys a Team plan (from 2 seats, 1,000 credits per seat per month) or Scale (from 5 seats, 2,500 credits per seat) and all credits go into one pool. Each invited person signs in with their own Beellon account, with their own history and projects, but when they generate a video, an image or a song the credits come out of the team pool. The owner takes one seat and can invite as many people as the plan has seats; from their account they see every member, how many credits each one used in the cycle, pending invitations, and can remove anyone who is no longer on the team. When the owner renews or changes plan, every seat updates automatically.
How to use it, step by step
On Pricing, Business tab: set how many people will use Beellon (you included) and pay by card without leaving the page, or with an ePIN. The yearly plan is cheaper per seat.
You will see your plan, the seats, how many are free and the renewal date.
Type the person's email and tap Invite. They get an email with the link and you can also copy the link and send it on WhatsApp. Each invitation takes a seat until you cancel it.
They open the link, create a free account (or sign in) with the SAME email you invited, and tap Accept. From then on they create with the team's credits.
In the Team tab you see how many credits each person used in the current cycle. To remove someone or cancel an invitation, tap the three dots next to their name.
Tips for better results
- The invitation is only for the email you typed: if the person uses another email for their account, invite that one.
- Each invitation is valid for 7 days. If it expires, tap “Resend”: a new link is created and the old one stops working.
- A pending invitation takes a seat until the person accepts or you cancel it.
- Someone with their own active paid plan cannot join until that plan expires (nobody loses what they paid for).
- If you remove a person, they go back to the free account and their projects stay in their account.
- Top-up credits you buy belong to you as the owner; the team pool is the plan's pool.
